In order to be eligible for return or exchange please contact us within 72 hours after receiving the products. If it has been more than 72 hours, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Items eligible for return or exchange must be completely unworn and unused and must be mailed within 3 days of the offer for return or exchange.
If any of your jewelry arrives defected we will send out a replacement within 3 business days after the defected jewelry is received.
If the size you ordered does not fit please ship it back to us and we will make the appropriate adjustments. You will be responsible for all the shipping costs plus adjustment costs. The adjusted jewelry will be sent out within 3 days after receipt of return shipping cost.
The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:
✗ Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
✗ Items which were modified, customized and/or altered according to your specifications
✗ Custom orders
✗ Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
